The Living Choice Carnival took place on Monday 22nd May at Dural Country Lawn Bowls Club with the representation of 32 teams from the following Lawn Bowls Clubs: Dural, Pennant Hills, West Pennant Hills, Beecroft, North Epping, Merrylands, The Hills, Burwood Diggers, Harbord, Denistone, Castle Hill, North Ryde RSL, NBC and St Ives. It was a very successful day with great weather, intense competition and a fantastic lunch.

Max Turrell, bows out after a lifetime of service. Max was the chair of the local six Hills Clubs carnival committee from 2002. He relinquished the position recently as he is approaching his 85th birthday. He has previously been president of the Dural Country Lawn Bowls Club and Vice President of Dural Country Club. Well done Max and thank you for your service.
