What The Fish! café adds dining choice to the “Destination Flavour” map at Berowra Waters Marina.
New proprietors and long-time locals, Karen and Daniel Prentice are committed to serving delicious food using quality locally-sourced produce. A revamp of the premises and menu has brought modern 21st Century décor, equipment, principles and practices to the table. Large black and white photos adorn the café walls paying homage to lives lived on the Hawkesbury River.
Mighty sandstone cliffs, towering gums and wildlife set the scene for diners to enjoy Australian fresh produce-driven cuisine. Scampi and lobster are back on the menu along with traditional fish and chips, burgers, steak, etc. Modern taste-tempters include mezze, carpaccio, eggs benedict and char-grilled octopus.
Delicious meals prepared by qualified, experienced and passionate chefs with attentive front-of-house staff ensure enjoyable, relaxed dining experiences.
