After a three month hiatus due to COVID-19, the kids at Galston Swim Club are finally back in the pool at Galston Aquatic and Leisure Centre. Galston had five swimmers (pictured right) qualify for the NSW Junior State Age Championships; unfortunately, they were unable to compete due to cancellation of the competition. Despite this disappointment, all of the swimmers are motivated and working towards future competitions. Head coach Adrian Rossi, has been impressed by the enthusiasm of all the squads. She is currently focusing on the improvement of technique and fitness after such an extended break. It’s sure to be a great swimming year ahead and we are currently welcoming new members.
