It was a humble start. With Alison at home looking after their first child and doing the book work, Aaron started to build the business – one customer at a time with leaflet dropping and door to door greetings.
“Our first ‘service vehicle’ was Alison’s Toyota Corolla. We now run a fleet of seven utes with nine full time staff, managing over four hundred pools throughout Sydney.”
As their reputation for quality work grew, they were approached by Freestyle Pools at Thornleigh, to handle the equipment installation and maintenance on new pools. It’s a relationship that’s still going strong.
“We’re not a pool shop” says Alison. “We are a fully mobile pool service company that provides quality care for your swimming pool onsite. We take pride in knowing what is needed for your pool rather than the customer having to travel to and from a shop, trying to do it all themselves.

Prime Pool Care’s offerings have evolved. They now offer a full range of services from a one off visit through to a regular program of recurring maintenance, giving customers the confidence that they are swimming in a clean and professionally maintained pool with correctly installed, reliable equipment.
Prime Pool Care supply and install all your pool equipment, from filters, pumps, chlorinators, cleaners, lights, all the way through to systems which allow full automation controlled from your mobile phone.
Giving back to the community is an important part of Aaron and Alison’s approach to business. Prime Pool Care currently sponsor Canteen – an Australian national support organisation for young people living with cancer.
Prime Pool Care are still maintaining the pools of some of their very first customers from 1998. Rightly so, they are extremely proud of their success and the great team they have built up.
