Man, With Toddlers in Vehicle, Charged With High Range PCA – Glenorie

A man who had two toddlers in his vehicle has been charged with high range PCA in Glenorie last night.

About 7.40pm (Monday 16 May 2022), emergency services were called to Post Office Road, Glenorie, following reports a BMW M5 had crashed into four parked vehicles.

The driver – a 37-year-old man – was spoken to by officers from @Traffic and Highway Patrol Command – NSW Police Force, who noticed two toddlers, aged three and eight, in the back seat of the vehicle.

The man was subjected to a roadside breath analysis which returned a positive result.

He was arrested and taken to Castle Hill Police Station where he underwent a secondary breath analysis which returned an alleged reading of 0.224.

The man was issued a Court Attendance Notice for drive with high range PCA and his NSW drivers licence was suspended.

He will appear at Parramatta Local Court on Thursday 30 June 2022.
