NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) will be undertaking the demolition and replacement of the existing damaged playground at Barnetts Lookout. Recent vandalism has resulted in damage to the tunnel and impacted the safety of the playground.
The existing playground will be removed and replaced with a similar playground that is in keeping with the natural setting and constructed with timber posts.
The existing playground removal is underway and installation of the new playground is scheduled to start by mid July, 2023.

- Berowra Waters Road near Berowra Oval
- Yarabin Park playground on Cumborah Crescent
- Warrina Street Oval Playground
