We have had so much fun meeting our Kindergarten 2023 students at our recent transition to ‘Big’ School sessions. Students have met their buddies, completed a treasure hunt and listened to what our current Kindergarten students love most about our school. We are excited for 2023!
We also recently celebrated World Teacher’s Day and I would like to take this time to thank our amazing and dedicated teaching staff.
We truly are a team of teachers that work so well together to ensure our students reach their personal best. We have achieved outstanding individual results in NAPLAN and our Check in Assessment data shows that we are achieving well above State and Similar schools.
The levels our students achieve and the respect that other colleagues have for our pedagogical practices here at Arcadia Public School is testimony to the amazing staff we have at our beautiful small school.
Whilst I am extremely proud of the academic successes our students are achieving, it is also important to highlight the level of social and emotional support that our caring teachers offer each and every student. This level of care is what makes it the most amazing place to learn and grow each day.
We recognised the dedication of our teaching staff on this World Teacher’s Day and thank them for all they do.
