Arcadia Pony Club PCA NSW Awards

Two members of Arcadia Pony Club have been recognised by the Pony Club Association of NSW in their annual awards.

Paul Cairns, an instructor and also Arcadia Pony Club’s instructor’s “mentor” has been recognised as the 2018 Volunteer of the Year for Zone 23. Paul first joined Arcadia Pony Club in 2006 (over 12 years ago) and has served as an instructor for a number of years from 2006 to present. He has also served on the Committee in a variety of roles and most recently as Vice President in 2016.

Fifteen year old Virag Toth (pic below) was also recognised by PCA NSW as the 2018 Junior Service Award recipient for Zone 23. Virag has attended Arcadia Pony Club for nearly 3 years and has a consistently high attendance record. She always assists with set up for rally days and for all Zone events and is always smiling and has words of encouragement for everyone at the Club. She also takes a special interest in engaging and encouraging with the younger members.
