Well, we have certainly launched into an early summer with days hovering in the high 20s and some hovering at just over 30C.
Our Dural store is bursting with summer themes, from racks of lightweight cotton t-shirts and dresses, to sandals and “flip flops” right through to books on salads and BBQs. Heaters have given way to fans, slow cookers to ice cream makers.
We cater for all ages and walks of life in our family store, and receive many questions from day to day:
“Do you quarantine donations?” Management has put in place a rotating 3-day system of bays in accordance with COVID-Safe regulations. Items are kept for 3 days after an initial sort at the back dock, and are then passed on to the various departments for display in the store.
“Can I speak in confidence to someone for advice if I am feeling sad or overwhelmed during the current climate of restrictions due to the pandemic? ” Yes, you can. Please ring our store on 9651 4504 and ask to speak to the Manager. She will advise you.
“Can I return an unwanted or faulty item?” Certainly. Please bring the item and your receipt to the front counter, and we will honour that with a replacement or a credit to the value of the returned goods.
Our immensely popular white shelves at the front of the store will be featuring a Christmas theme from early November onwards. Get in early for table runners and decorations, tea light candle ornaments, tinsel, baubles, Santas in varying sizes, nativity figures, mini trees, figurines, and lots more.
And don’t forget to come in for extra bargains during our Storewide Half Price Day on Monday 30th November. Doors open at 9am.
Our December article will inform you of any special promotions leading up to Christmas, the date of our last day of trade, and our return in January 2021.
Come and visit us! We look forward to seeing you!
