Parents Forum

Parents needing help understanding their teenager’s challenging behaviour can get advice at a free forum at Castle Hill on Wednesday March 14.

The forum will cover a range of topics including healthy relationships with your teenager, warning signs and legal ramifications plus positive strategies to resolving issues.

Professional advice will be available to help parents resolve conflict in the family dynamics.

This free forum has been developed by the Hills Domestic Violence Prevention Network and will be held on Wednesday March 14, 6.30pm to 9pm at Castle Hill High School’s auditorium, 76-100 Castle St, Castle Hill.

MC for the night Carol Harding from HDVPN said it would be the fourth forum for parents of teenagers.

More than 100 people attended last year’s event.

“It’s about helping parents understand how they can help their kids before things escalate,” she said.

“There are more than 50 high schools in the district and this is open to all parents.

“The feedback from previous events has been very positive.”

Although the forum is free, bookings are a must for catering purposes to book parentforum2018.eventbrite.com.au.
