OUTSTANDING HSC RESULTS

Galston High School congratulates Year 12 for their remarkable results in the 2017 HSC. We are immensely proud of the achievements of each and every Year 12 student and wish them all well in their future endeavours.

A few of the 2017 HSC highlights include:

• DUX – Bo Reynolds ATAR 96.3

• Kianna Munro named on the All Rounders List gaining a Band 6 in at least 10 units.

• Chloe Skewes-Weir achieved a perfect score in English Extension 2 ranking her amongst the top 20 students in the state.

• In the Advanced, Extension 1 and Extension 2 English courses Galston High ranked 11th in the state and is the top performing non-selective comprehensive, coeducational high school.

• 13 students named on the Distinguished Achievers List for gaining a Band 6 in at least one subject.

• Galston High ranked 174th in the state.

• Galston High ranked 17th in the state for all public comprehensive co-educational high schools.

Galston High named by the Sydney Morning Herald in the top ten “Biggest Improvers in the HSC” for two consecutive years.
