Hooper Rural Constructions

My broad work experience operating and maintaining large machinery, fencing and building was gained from growing up on a wheat and cattle property near Nyngan in central NSW. I have a love of wide open spaces, working on farms and acreage and I thrive on the challenges of outdoor work.

When I first moved to Arcadia eight years ago, I did my trade in carpentry and Cert IV in Building with a top quality building company in the Eastern suburbs. I also achieved a trade certificate in mig welding so that I could have a formal qualification for all that welding experience I’d gained on the family farm.

After gaining my qualifications I started my own business in Arcadia, concentrating on rural building, earthworks, renovations, stables, sheds, shed pads, wash bays, dressage arena construction, borders and repairs, driveways, entrances and post and rail fencing.

One of my clients writes “Two years ago we started renovating our ageing horse infrastructure. HRC’s expertise in fencing, earthworks and welding has made an enormous impact on our project – we have Brett to thank for; heavy duty foalproof mesh boundary fences, new alleyways with high quality post and rail fences, super-tough day-yard fences giving stabled horses safe and secure yards, yard surfaces designed to drain quickly even in heavy weather … and a heavy duty welded steel wash bay designed for safety. Brett’s versatility, professionalism and reliability are outstanding, not to mention his quality of workmanship, attention to detail and ability to adapt to client’s needs. It’s a real pleasure to give Brett and HRC our highest recommendation.”

Now that my business has grown, I have a very experienced builder working with me. Reinhard is from Germany and has decades of experience building state of the art stables and indoor arenas. We are both passionate about quality.

If you have any acreage project in mind I have the tools, machinery and expertise to help you.
