Here are the details mentioned in the DA:
“Construction of a dwelling house, a secondary dwelling, two outbuildings, outdoor recreation facilities, a water storage facility and a solar energy system.”
Estimated cost $11,000,000.
A layout plan is shown at the right, together with a 3D sketch of the front and back elevations. Plans include the construction of a large dam/pond, small golf course, outdoor play area, internal gym and swimming pool together with associated landscaping.
The solar energy system is proposed to be a 44kw system.
