Each Monday, from 10am-12pm, the Galston Community Health Centre, the DCaf welcomes people with dementia and a family member/carer to a delightful morning of friendship and activities.

Zoom meetings have been held since the introduction of COVID-19 restrictions, which are accessible via a computer or most mobiles.
Last Monday, two games of Bingo were played with a yummy box of chocolates awarded to the winner. Guest speakers which include members of the group talking about their hobbies and life stories, a visit by Zoe the beautiful white Labrador with her owner Val, and of course morning tea.
