Congratulations to the 250 Hills Shire residents who last night became Australian citizens.

It was a privilege to preside over the ceremony and meet each of our newest citizens, who came from dozens of countries across the world including China, India, South Africa, Thailand and the United Kingdom.

Thank you to our Australia Day Citizen of the Year Rajiv Chaudhri and Australia Day Senior Citizen of the Year Paul Rapp for being our guest speakers.

Thank you also to the Kellyville Guides for providing the catering for the citizenship ceremony.
