Dural Country Club Bowling Club bowlers are all in lockdown due to Covid-19 restrictions.
The greens lie deserted and desolate.
It’s been a difficult first year as a combined Club with very few bowls being played and the presentation of our Pennant Flag postponed.
Our upcoming AGM is having to be held via email and has entailed many hours spent by the Committee especially our hard-working President Robyn Scoble and Secretary Greg Smith drafting Constitutions.
In the meantime, our members are prepared, with uniforms pressed and bowls polished, eagerly awaiting resumption of play and ‘catching up with their fellow bowlers over a cup of Dural Country Club Café coffee!
