Plastic Free July is just around the corner! And there are a few exciting events and workshops to save in your diary before the festivities begin.

There’s even one this week (a little early, we know): an informative online tutorial with educator Alexx Stuart where you can learn to reduce your plastic food packaging. Here are a few dates to pencil into your diary: Waste Not:

  • Reducing our reliance on plastic food packaging with Alexx Stuart — Thursday 23 June, 7pm. Online. Free!
  • Steps for a Plastic Free Home with Lottie Dalziel – Wednesday 9 July, 6:30pm – 7:30pm. Hornsby Library. Free! Bookings essential.
  • Good, Better, Best: Practical tips for reducing single-use plastic by using what you already have at home with Anita Vandyke – Saturday 2 July, 10:30am. Online. Free!
  • Beeswax Wrap Workshop with Kirsty Mootz – Saturday 16 July, 9am – 11am Hornsby. Cherrybrook Community Centre. Free!
