Formed by brothers Jimmy, Mike and Pete Thygesen, “DAY RELEASE” is a Sydney-based alt/rock band starting to explode on the Sydney live music scene.
The band was soon after joined by drummer Pat Plenge and in early 2021, the boys linked up with the immensely talented vocalist Isaak Koorey. Day Release is what happens when an indie-rockers trip on a mix of funk and grunge.
