No injuries were reported.
The Oakville Rural Fire Brigade and other fire brigades answered the reports of a structure fire at The Gables, Hills, on 23 June.
As per the Oakville RFS in a Facebook post on Friday evening, “Oakville firefighters in breathing apparatus entered the building assisting 083 crews and made their way upstairs to fight the fire that had begun to spread through the second floor.”
Four people were evacuated from the two-storey home. No injuries were reported, according to the NSW Station 83 Riverstone.
Investigations are now being conducted.
As the fire was raised to the 2nd alarm, the additional brigades and services responded to the scene were Fire and Rescue NSW Station 097 Huntingwood, Fire and Rescue NSW Station 094 Kellyville, Fire and Rescue NSW Station 032 Mt Druitt, Fire and Rescue NSW Station 081 Windsor, Kellyville Rural Fire Brigade, NSW Rural Fire Service, Round Corner Rural Fire Brigade, and Rouse Hill Rural Fire Brigade.
