Michelle is a freelance Personal Trainer who is starting outdoor female group fitness sessions that will be held at Galston Recreation Reserve, Galston Road in Galston. Michelle has developed these programmes specifically for ladies to get exercise in a relaxed, caring and fun environment.
Ladies of all ages and fitness levels can participate in fun exercises which get the blood pumping, the heart rate up, improve cardiovascular fitness while toning and developing strength. Under the guidance and motivation of Michelle, ladies will have an opportunity to feel connected to a group who all aspire to the same goal, laughing while breaking a sweat.
Michelle is a fun, enthusiastic and caring person who has a passion for helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. She is a track and field athlete with extensive achievements at State and National Level in the 100m, 200m and long jump events and to date, she still holds the junior records. Michelle is a qualified Athletics Coach and in addition to her work as a Personal Trainer she works with the Hills District Athletics Club and various Primary and High Schools in the Sydney area.
With over 10 years’ experience within the Health and Fitness industry she has helped all her clients achieve their goals. Not only will you be motivated and guided, she aims to help you enjoy exercise while having fun.
Michelle has worked with people of all different ages and fitness levels so be prepared to be engaged and make exercise fun and enjoyable while getting fit and healthy.
