Another new playground has been built for Baulkham Hills residents at Meryll Avenue Reserve.
Hills Shire Mayor Dr Michelle Byrne said the $55,000 project included a new play unit, climbing platforms, slides, and synthetic grass.
A pathway connects the playground to existing footpaths within the enclosed park.
Mayor Byrne said the park gave local parents more options for recreation in the area.
“As the population of Baulkham Hills continues to increase, parks and playgrounds are becoming increasingly important,” Mayor Byrne said.
“Council has a strong record of asset management and we want our younger residents to enjoy some of the best local parks in Sydney.”
