It has been a very busy start to Term 3 with all children involved in many activities.
This term 3-6 are participating in PSSA in the League Tag comp each Friday while K1 visit Middle Dural School to join their friends in learning.
The highlight of Fridays is, of course, buying a delicious lunch from the Middle Dural school canteen!
Hillside thoroughly enjoyed attending a matinee performance of Galston High School’s performance of Grease. What a stellar production it was.
A team of 4 students, Harry, Madi, Bella, Lucas and Josh participated in the Zone Field Athletics and this week a large team of entrants – Madi, Harry, Samuel, Izak, Aaleyah, Lucas, Anabel, Arabella, Antonia, Josh and Kalhoun went off to the Zone Track Athletics. It was wonderful to see our athletes participating to their best ability. Congratulations to the school relay team who is now headed off to Area and congratulations to Madi and Bella who competed in their finals with Bella moving on to Area.
Hillside extends an invitation to the whole community to attend the Hillside Dinner and Auction night on Saturday 16th September at Glenorie RSL. Starting at 7pm and costing $40 per person, a great night of food and fun is guaranteed!
