Glenorie Public School

On the 1st March some stage three students went and visited our local high school. Galston High School students and teachers helped us learn about their school.

Our students had a wonderful time exploring the grounds and learning all about Galston High School. Last week a number of our students went on to represent Glenorie Public School in the 2017 zone swimming carnival. They worked so very hard to gain their spot on our zone swimming team and all their hard work paid off with some outstanding results. Chloe, Zoe, Elouise, Tahlia will go onto the Sydney North Area Swimming Carnival in the Snr Relay. Chloe will represent Glenorie in five events on the day. Well done to all the students.

21st of March is Harmony Day. On this day will be about coming together and celebrating our cultures. Every student will come to school dressed in orange clothes and have ordered lunches from all our different cultures, which our mums have cooked. It will be a day of celebration and so yummy. We will all join together to have our international lunch under our COLA.
