Sunday Family Service 10 am
I know it’s been said before, but can you believe it is December???
As we reflect on the past year, there has been many occasions to celebrate. This year we have had the opportunity to say good bye to some wonderful people – & though we miss them daily, we are deeply grateful for their lives & for all of the joy & wonder they shared with all those they encountered. We thank all those who have passed through our doors and made a difference to our lives.
Our programs are all now heading towards their Christmas recess – thanks to everyone who has participated or helped in any way. We look forward to new beginnings in the new year.
More broadly, it’s been a funny year hasn’t it. I struggle to think of stranger times recently… while I know there have been many worse times – we’re currently in an odd time. I hope next year is a little more settled, we also pray for peace & justice – particularly in Syria.
We look forward to celebrating Christmas, and the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ. As you spend time with your family and friend, take a few moments to think about the reason for this celebration. We hope that you all get some rest & enjoy the excitement as we prepare for 2017.
Please feel free to come along to one or more of our Christmas events – all events will be in our grounds at 11 School Road, Galston.
