Could baking be more popular than youth sport? Some would say so based on the popularity of shows such as MasterChef Junior, Kids Baking Championship and Chopped Junior to name a few. Well here’s a little local baking competition to get the kids excited about – The Land Cookery Competition for young competitors is offering junior bakers a chance to show off their skills.
CWA Galston branch is inviting local school age children to participate in The Land Cookery Competition:
• Decorated Butter Biscuits for 12 years and under as at 31 March 2020
• Cinnamon Tea Cake for 18 years and under as at 31 March 2020
Entry and registrations open 2pm on Wednesday 27th November. Judging commences 3pm. For all junior competitors arriving after school, please let us know prior that you are competing, and the judge will wait for you.
