Our Branch will be assisting Galston Public School on election day, July 2nd with their cake stall. CWA scones will be available to purchase too!
This year our country of study has been Mongolia. We are currently accepting projects by senior primary school students ready to be judged next month. Most local schools have been invited to participate. We are also looking for someone to help us better understand the country and it’s people. If you have any information or Mongolian items please feel free to contact us.
Our members range in age from 30 years to 90+. Junior members also welcome. If you are interested in joining please contact the numbers below.
Our next meeting will be on Wednesday July 13th, from 10a.m. for morning tea with an introduction to knitting session with the meeting to follow at 1p.m.
We meet at the Galston Health & Community Centre, cnr Glade and 17 Arcadia Road, Galston. Visitors are most welcome to attend.
