NSW SES is directing residents and businesses within Parts of Sackville North to evacuate the following area by 12:30pm Monday 4th July 2022:
All properties on following roads in Sackville North: 331 to 454 Mud Hill Road.
Use the following evacuation route to move to safety outside the flood affected area: Proceed to Mud Hill Road to Chapel Hill Road to Sackville Ferry Road and head towards Maroota.
Why we are directing people to evacuate: Once floodwater reaches 8.15 metres at the SACKVILLE FERRY, the area will be isolated. If you remain in the area after 12:30pm Monday 4th July 2022 you may be trapped without power, water and other essential services and it may be too dangerous to rescue you.
Where to go: Stay with family, friends or at accommodation outside of flood areas. If you are unable to do so, an evacuation centre has been established at Castle Hill RSL 77 Castle Street Castle Hill.
