With water levels now receding, Endeavour Energy teams are out and about by all means possible – including foot, boat, kayak, car and truck – to scope flood damage, remove debris and repair the network where they can gain access and water levels allow.
This includes scoping work in the Colo region and network repairs at Wisemans River Road in WisemansFerry; Mud Island Road, Pages Wharf Road and Tizzana Road in SackvilleNorth; Coromandel and Ebenezer Wharf Road in Ebenezer; Garfield Road East in Riverstone and Avondale Road, Pitt Town Bottoms Road and Pitt Town Road in PittTown.
In the LowerMacdonaldValley and StAlbans region where there is significant road damage, They will be scoping damage today (12 March 2022) and back onsite tomorrow to cut away and remove large trees so the crews can reach the area for network repairs. For areas where they still have no access, they plan to be onsite tomorrow if water levels allow.
