CWA Galston News

In a year like no other, we sincerely hope that this message from CWA Galston President Jann McKinnon finds you well.

On behalf of the members of the Galston Branch of the Country Women’s Association of New South Wales, I extend our very best wishes to you all for the upcoming Christmas celebrations. Sadly, because of the COVID pandemic, we have been unable to undertake our usual round of fundraising activities and our inclusion in local events in 2020. We particularly miss our ability to raise money for local charities and the special interests of the CWA of New South Wales.

But while we have not been out and about, we have not lost heart, and with the blessing of a new year in 2021 we hope to be back better than ever.

Galston is blessed to have such a wonderful group of women who have its’ interests at heart. Hard working, kind, compassionate and funny; I feel blessed to be a part of their group. So, we wish you all the very best for the Christmas season. Keep well and stay safe.

At CWA Galston we are a bunch of friendly, like-minded women who come together for friendship, learning, creating, and most importantly to help support our local community and beyond. If you are looking to try something new in 2021, we would love to see you at one of our monthly meetings. Please do drop by and see what we’re all about.

Meeting details for 2021 will be posted on our Facebook page, or for more information please contact Jann 0439 222 217 or Pam 02 9653 1036.
