The Creators of Peace Hills Network kicked off the first meeting of the year with a workshop on ‘Planning for a peaceful 2019’.
The women began by identifying individual moments of joy and moments of chaos over the Christmas period. They then went on to discuss what stressors affected the peace in their lives and worked individually on workbooks designed to help them set priorities, identifying stress and learning to say no, especially to the inner critic.
The next meeting will be held 2-4pm on Sunday, April 14 at the RSL LifeCare Rowland Village 301-305 Galston Road, Galston. The topic will be “Telling a New Story”. New members always welcome!
