It’s gardening weather!
Gardeners and would-begardeners will enjoy Macquarie Towns Garden Club’s Plant Sale which will be held at Windsor Library’s Stan Stevens Room on Thursday, 7th March from 11am to 1.30pm.
“We have a very active group of members who have been tending and sheltering their plants all through this humid, hot and wet summer, just so they can share their love of gardening with the public,” said organiser Ruth Knight. “It’s a great way to buy plants at bargain prices.”
Held in partnership with Hawkesbury Library service, the Plant Sale is an opportunity to ask the experts about any gardening questions and as a bonus – there will be a free plant for each customer! Visitors are encouraged to share a cup of tea and have a chat with fellow garden lovers. Please bring cash – there are no EFTPOS facilities.
