ANZAC day gives us a day to reflect and honour those who fought for our country and for the freedom we enjoy today, in wars past and present.
In the long-standing tradition of our community, we will hold the ANZAC day Dawn Service and March on 25th April 2023 to enable us to gather and pay our respects & pause to remember.
This year we will especially honour those who fought in the Vietnam War which ended for Australian troops 50 years ago this year. Order of Service
DAWN SERVICE
6am sharp followed by gunfire breakfast at Wisemans Ferry Bowling Club.
ANZAC DAY MARCH:
Participants in the March are to Muster at Wisemans Ferry Public School at 10am sharp for the March to the Wisemans Ferry War Memorial at 10.30am which will be followed by the morning service.
Refreshments will be served at the Bowling Club after the service.
