Karis Life has opened a new Training Facility at 67 Jersey Street, Hornsby, creating a local space for education and collaboration in safe and independent living.

The soft opening was led by Occupational Therapist Sarah Collison, with Serena Owens, CEO of ATSA, and clinical educator Amy Bjornson, recognising the value of ongoing learning across the care sector.

The facility will host group training sessions for occupational therapists, support coordinators and care providers, focusing on practical strategies that help people remain safe and confident at home.

With more Australians choosing to age in place, early planning and shared knowledge are becoming increasingly important. The new space aims to support better outcomes by strengthening skills, confidence and collaboration within the local community.
