Minor Singles Bowling Contest Begins for Men & Women
The Open Gender Drawn pairs took place on Saturday 21st June 2025. The pair of Doug Farlow (Club Veteran) and Marion O’Connell with the score of 23 defeated Steve Barratt and Elizabeth Goode with the score of 10. Congratulations to Doug and Marion on their win.
The competition for the Men and Ladies Minor Singles is currently in progress, and the Bowling Club thanks all participants for entering the tournament.
The Bowling Club is always looking for new bowlers. The recruitment has been through the introduction of acquaintances or friends of current bowlers.
The monthly article in the local publications that includes an invitation for any interested person to join has also been another recruitment path. We thank the local publications in their continued support of the Dural Bowling Club.
The latest recruits (Raylene, Ruth, Joy and Anne) to join the Ladies group have been a great boost in maintaining the attrition level at the Club.
