Tahki, Leo, and the SALT Cafe Dural team have extended their presence in the Hills by establishing a new venue at the picturesque Galston Persimmon Orchard.
With 35 years of experience operating cafes in the Hills region, this marks their latest addition. They continue to roast their own coffee in collaboration with partners at Legend.
The menu is designed to complement the surroundings, including some of their signature dishes from Dural now offered at Galston. Menu items highlight high-quality, simple ingredients prepared with attention and care. Emphasising health and wellbeing, all sauces and pickles are made in-house, fermented foods are featured, and all desserts are homemade without preservatives.
A wide selection of gluten-free options is also available. Guests can enjoy comfortable seating equipped with blankets and heaters throughout, providing an inviting setting to watch the sunrise and enjoy the winter sun in Galston.
Facilities include spacious toilets, baby changing tables, and a dedicated play area for children.
The site is accessible, featuring a private car park and ample space for prams and strollers. They are pet friendly.
