As this is my final editorial before the Federal Election on Saturday, 3rd May, I want to sincerely thank every reader for your support and the trust you’ve placed in me to represent our community.
Together, we’ve achieved real change—from delivering NorthConnex, to improving telecommunications and protecting the Hawkesbury River. It is a privilege advocate on your behalf every day, and to work alongside the hundreds of local organisations that make our community so special.
In the lead-up to the election, you’ll hear big announcements from all parties. But what’s often overlooked are the local commitments that are also just as important — the support that will be provided to our local clubs, charities, and community groups.
It is why I have worked closely with several of them and have been proud to announce that after months of advocacy, an elected Coalition Government will fund the replacement of the communication tower at Hillside RFS, assist Warrah in the progression of their livestock management initiative, and fund the construction of a new two-level community centre at Christ the Redeemer Parish in Dural.
If I have the honour to continue as your Federal Member for Berowra, I will always stand up for you, your family, and the future of our community.
