On any given Tuesday morning or Friday evening, the courts at the Dural Club fill with members of Dural Bocce Club working through their game. April gave them extra motivation.
The month ran as the club’s second total-point-score event of 2026, in which all weekly results are added together over the full month rather than treated as a standalone game. It rewards consistency as much as any single strong performance. When the tallies were done, Tony led the Tuesday competition, ahead of Franco and Mary. Dennis won the Friday division, with Oreste and Giuseppe placing second and third.
The next month with a total point score is June. But before that, the second-last weekend of May brings the Singles Championship — the annual contest for the Ladies and Men’s Singles Champion titles for 2026. It draws the club’s strongest players and is open for anyone to come and watch.
