2023 Rehearsals Begin for Hills Harmony

After a relaxing break over the festive season the members of Hills Harmony will be back singing together on the first Thursday in February. We will then be busy getting things prepped and tuned up for our OPEN NIGHT on Thursday, February 23rd.

So if you are over covid and being locked down, or up, and have you been cracking to do something sociable for yourself then this would be a great night out for you.

The social, medical, physical and personal benefits of singing in a group are well documented but the best way to experience this wonderful feeling is to actually be in the group and have the “good vibrations“ cascade over you.

We offer our Open Night as a taster for anyone who likes singing, who gets a buzz out of singing harmony, who would like to start using their singing voices again. If you are a little shy, bring a mate with you and share the experience. Perhaps someone who has been sledging you by saying you can’t sing, but you know it is part of your inner being and is eager to be let loose. Or you might just like to have a sing and enjoy making great music with a group of like minded souls.

Open Night is designed to provide an opportunity for you to see if you enjoy the singing enough to be part of our program for learning harmony singing.

This program is supported by the HILLS SHIRE Council, so there is no cost involved, and will be held every Thursday night in March at the Kellyville Anglican Church Hall, President Rd, Kellyville – 7:30 to 9:30.

If you think you, or someone you know, would enjoy making music with us, accept our invitation to Open Night.

You will find us welcoming, collaborative, supportive, inclusive, mellow and lots of fun.
