Despite the weather clearing up, flooding is still very much here in our area, the rivers slowly drops and the impact of floods is becoming more visible.
Today the volunteers supported by other emergency services continued delivering food, fodder and petrol to the isolated communities as well as evacuating those in need. Wisemans Ferry Operation will remain until the ferry reopens.
SES The Hills Unit would like to thank all emergency services supporting the community in these difficult circumstances – and to the communities themselves for their understanding, friendliness and patience.
