Scanning made easy
Scanning has been made easier with the improvement of cameras on our phones. So now for our convenience we have scanning apps,which is like having a scanner in our pocket. The one I like to use is Genius Scan. You can scan individual or multiple documents and export them as JPEG or multi- page pdf files. So useful when you need to send multiple documents to your accountant if you use one at Tax time. The magic feature actually works out the edges of the document making it even to easier to scan. Note: Adobe have a scanning app as well.
Another app I have had a lot of fun with recently is Procreate. Definitely an interesting name but if you like creating artwork and can’t afford the cost of the more expensive programs this is the app for you. At a cost of $14.99 and a pen tool you can have so much fun. You will need to make sure your iPad is suitable as well. I had a great lesson with one of the Creatives at the Apple Store, Castle Towers which had me up and running in no time at all.
There are over 2 million apps available. These are just a few that I have found throughout the years of helping people with their Apple devices and computers.
