Richard Wilkins Adds a Touch of Rock’n’roll to the Inala Fair

The countdown is on to the Inala Fair, on Sunday 20th of October, a day of fun and entertainment for the whole family! Pony rides, market stalls, white elephant and upcycled clothing boutique, there is something for just about everyone to enjoy.

CEO Alexandra Davis says Inala’s new Patron Richard Wilkins is looking forward to attending his first Inala Fair.

“We are thrilled to have the support of Entertainment Guru Richard Wilkins and we are certain he will have a marvellous day enjoying everything the Fair and our community has to offer,” Mrs Davis said.

Founded in 1958, Inala is committed to providing the highest quality support for individuals living with a disability through a range of accommodation, day services and community support.

“The Inala Fair is so special because it’s a chance for us to showcase the many talents of our participants, with handmade, one-of-a-kind items on sale ,” Mrs Davis said.

For the past two years Inala has been grateful for the support of Hornsby Council as part of their Community Event Grant programs which assists in reducing the costs associated with running this large-scale community event.

Parking around Inala is limited and those wishing to attend are encouraged to consider public transport options. “Inala is right opposite Cherrybrook metro train station so getting to the Fair is easy, and we encourage everyone in our local community to attend,” Mrs Davis said.

The Inala Fair will be held on Sunday 20 October from 9am – 3pm and is located at 99 Franklin Road, Cherrybrook. For more details follow Inala on Facebook, Instagram or jump on their website www.inala.org.au
