It was a pleasure to help re-launch Gabe’s Fresh Food, the Mini Woolworths Store at St. Gabriel’s School in Castle Hill.
The Mini Woolies is a tremendous program to enable students to practise and gain skills in both the shopping and employment sides of a supermarket. The store helps students of all abilities to build confidence as well as practical skills, such as numeracy and literacy.
We are very fortunate to have a Mini Woolworths in our region to create opportunities for people to explore new activities and further develop their talents. Thank you to Woolworths, St Gabriel’s and Fujitsu for making the program happen.
