Pacific Hills Christian School recently marked a milestone for its youngest learners with the annual “100 Days of Kindy” celebration. Children arrived dressed in sunglasses, glittering hairstyles, and playful rock star outfits, ready to mark 100 days of learning and growth.
Families joined the festivities, which included a series of activities centred on the number 100. Students enjoyed games such as threading Fruit Loops and classic board games like Snakes and Ladders, all designed to combine fun with early learning milestones.
Meanwhile, older students in Years 7 and 8 turned their attention to Science Week, exploring the wonders of science through hands-on experiments. Highlights included making liquid nitrogen ice cream and racing propeller-powered cars, offering students an engaging way to explore physics, chemistry, and engineering concepts.
The events reflected the school’s emphasis on celebrating both academic progress and curiosity, providing students with memorable experiences that extend learning beyond the classroom.
