Residents will be unable to make a right hand turn from Headingley Avenue onto Hezlett Road during school hours (8am – 9.30am and 2.30pm – 4pm), on school days.
The new restrictions were approved during an Ordinary Meeting of Council on Tuesday, July 12 to improve safety outcomes on Hills Shire street networks.
In particular, the new restrictions will help address safety concerns near North Kellyville Public School as more cars are on the road between these times, especially those queuing to access the school during student drop-off and pick-up
‘No Right Hand Turn’ signage will be installed in the coming weeks and restrictions will come into effect once that signage is in place.
