We are certainly ramped up now! Our two legend companies Bonser Concrete and P F Formation have completed the ramp up to our shed making wheelchair access if needed. What a terrific job! Thank you again Wayne & Josh for your dedication to our project.
The weather in Wisemans Ferry put on another spectacular show for the Easter Markets, drawing in a good crowd. Thank you to all who attended and also to our stoic members who held the fort at our stall in the absence of a couple of us due to unexpected commitments. We didn’t have as many items for sale this time as we have been so busy with the shed construction that not much other building is currently being done.
This year is certainly flying, we are just about half-way through it already. It will soon be the long weekend in June which is a great time to visit Wisemans Ferry. The Sunshine Club will be holding its annual Gala Fete fund- raiser at Casserly Cottage (opposite the pub). There will be over 20 stalls there, The Men’s Shed one of them so come on down and say good-day and grab yourself a bargain or two.
By the time this goes to print, we will have held our Bunnings BBQ on Mother’s Day at McGraths Hill. Thank you to Jacqui and the team at Bunnings for your support and the opportunity to fund- raise there.
