Local pool business, Dural Poolsmart and their shop manager Kelly have been recognised for outstanding achievements in customer service at the 2016 Swimming Pool and Spa Association of NSW & ACT (SPASA) Awards of Excellence held on the 16 th July at aerial UTS Function Centre, Ultimo in Sydney.
“The annual SPASA Awards of Excellence is a result of months of tireless work by Dural Poolsmart, who constantly strive to set new pool and spa industry benchmarks,” says Michael Freame.
“In this year’s judging, Dural Poolsmart collected the 2016 SPASA Award for Pool and Spa Service Business of the Year reflecting our companies commitment to quality and service.” “We also had Kelly, our shop manager, gain a highly commended award in the Retail Salesperson of the Year award category.”

Now into their 30 th year, the SPASA Awards of Excellence are judged by an independent panel. The awards are designed to promote achievement in design and innovation, energy and sustainability, construction, service, and professionalism across all sectors of the swimming pool and spa industry.
