LIVING CHOICE has a vision to create the Hornsby Shire’s finest retirement living community and will be sharing this vision at a Community Update on Monday 21st October. It will host an information session at the Galston Club on Monday 21st October at 5.30pm and complimentary refreshments will be provided.
Living Choice’s Regional Manager, Gail Eyres, who was recently named a finalist in the Retirement Living Council’s NSW Manager of the Year Awards, said good progress had been made over the past few months and she was hopeful that the planned upmarket retirement village at 330 Galston Road would soon be given the green light.
“When Living Choice purchased the site in 2016, it was already approved for a retirement village, however to meet Living Choice’s high design standards and also improve the facilities on offer, a revised application was submitted. The revised designs were shown to clients who had expressed an interest in the village and were overwhelmingly well-received,” she said.
“Unfortunately, these designs were not approved so we went back to the drawing board to make some changes. The amended designs will be submitted to the council at the end of September and we will be sharing them with our clients and anyone interested in Living Choice Galston,” she added.
