Just Better Hills to Hornsby was recently named the 2021 “Franchise of the Year” at the Just Better Care annual franchise awards and the winner of the 2021 Quality and Best Business Practice Award.
These awards recognise overall excellence across all categories. When staff and customers were asked about their experience at Just Better Care Hills to Hornsby, they had the following positive scores:
• 97% of their staff stated that as an employer, they either met or exceeded their expectations.
• 100 % of their customers stated they were satisfied or very satisfied with the services provided.

Based in Hornsby and providing support services across the Hills District and Hornsby Shire. Just Better Care supports older Australian’s and those living with disability to live safely, securely and supported in their own homes and the local community. Services can be subsidised by funds from either a Home Care Package or NDIS.
Just Better Hills to Hornsby staff members receive ongoing training in all aspects of Aged Care and disability support. In addition, the team is every bit compassionate and qualified to provide occasional or long-term support and for as little or as often as is required.
“There’s no one size fits all with our approach”, said Franchise Owner Sue Buckle. “Everything we do is tailored to the needs of the customer and their goals.”
