Go Vita Dural is at Shop 21/22-24 Kenthurst Rd Dural – Round Corner. This family run business is owned by mother Amanda and two daughters Holly and Stacey who are passionate about health. Go Vita Dural is so much more than just your standard health food shop! This health conscious team are creating a truly unique experience for fellow health advocates! There will be bulk foods, healthy snacks, supplements, eco-friendly products and a clinic room within the store. Health practitioners Holly and Stacey are keen and eager to look after all your health needs!

Holly is a qualified Naturopath and Kinesoliogist and offers consultations. Stacey is a qualified Beauty Therapist, Personal Trainer and NLP Practitioner and offers advice in store.

Offering personalised, honest health advice and exceptional customer service in a relaxed environment is the girl’s vision for this business.

You will find an incredible range of products at Go Vita Dural from bulk foods, to foods suitable for paleo, gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian. There is a herbal dispensary, along with a wide range of health supplements, homeopathic remedies, sports nutrition, natural skin and hair care, baby foods and products for children’s health, raw cakes and healthy snacks, natural ice cream and a range of health books.

If you are after personalised health advice, then Holly and Stacey are well qualified to help you. Holly holds a Diploma in Kinesiology and Advanced Diploma in Naturopathy and is also a yoga and meditation teacher. Her current interests are in working with emotional health and wellbeing, and lifestyle choices and habits. Holly is especially interested in, “Learning how to decrease stress in our lives and understand ourselves more deeply as to why we react or make certain choices, I love to explore the subconscious mind and tap into this part of ourselves so we can create health and happiness in our everyday life. I have a strong passion for nutrition and food and I continually see the massive impact that food has on the way we act and feel.”

Stacey is a beauty therapist of 17 years and also has continued to study in the areas of Ayurvedic treatments, Massage and Makeup artistry. Stacey says, “In 2000 I worked at the Sydney Olympic Games providing facial and massage treatments for the athletes and media professionals.” Stacey is also a Certified Master Personal trainer, with additional training in Pilates, Nutrition, Neuro-linguistic programming, Hypnotherapy, Emotional freedom techniques, Transformative meditation, Reiki and Level 1 touch for health.
