By the time this goes to print a massive team of 16 swimmers will have represented Galston at the NSW 10-12 year old Swimming Championships at the Sydney Olympic Pool in Homebush. Under the watchful eye of Coach Adrian Rossi, the junior squad has grown and flourished during the last 12 months, culminating in this tremendous turnout at State.
Adrian, along with his newly appointed assistant coach Jack Charlton (an open National swimmer himself), have more than 40 young prodigies training up to 4 times a week. The results of the Galston swimmers at the local school swimming carnivals were astonishing, allowing these young athletes to show their skills and talents to their school mates and teachers.
